Caesar attended university in Texas, receiving his Bachelor of Security Studies in Intelligence and Analysis in December 2021. It was during this time that he decided to pursue his hobbies in languages, taking up learning Latin and revisiting German, which he learned in secondary school. 

After graduation, Caesar decided to attend graduate school pursued a Masters of Science in Global Security Studies, but switched to a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction, citing a love of teaching and languages as his reason for the switch.

Starting out with just the audio podcast, Caesar expanded it to include a Facebook group and Medium blog, where he conducts live podcasts and publishes blogs, respectively.
