In December of 2021, Caesar applied for citizen in Nova Roma, an Roman Reconstructionist organization. He went by the name "Titus Marius Habitus" after declining to choose his surname as his cognomen following his discovery of a "civil war" within the organization led by someone of the same cognomen.
Caesar attended various Latin lessons and learned more about Roman history and the Cultus Deorum Romanorum.
Over time, however, Caesar became increasingly disgruntled at the stiffness and lack of adaptability of the leaders of the organization. After being informed and shown proof of Nova Roma leaders having hateful views towards the LGBTQ+ community, he decided to involve himself less in the organization.
